Coaching: discover your choices.
Questions and reflection help clarify what matters, notice assumptions, and explore options. Your insights and judgment are an active part of the work.
You might be ready to change a pattern, take your next professional step, or develop a greater capacity to lead and contribute. Wherever you begin, we’ll shape the work around what matters to you.
Book a ConsultationMy clients include people from all walks of life including founders, senior executives, athletes, working professionals, and people focused on home and family. I also work with children and teens. Whatever your role, our starting point is you—what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what you want to develop or change.
You may understand that a response or habit isn’t helping, yet find yourself repeating it. We can explore how it works, what keeps it going, and what you’d like to develop in its place.
You don’t need to name every detail in an initial enquiry. We can begin with what you’d like help with and discuss whether this work fits your needs.
You have skills, experience, and something to contribute. Yet the moments that call for visibility, difficult conversations, or greater responsibility can bring hesitation.
We work on how you prepare, communicate, and respond—including when other people or outcomes are outside your control. The aim is to help you bring more of your ability into the situations where it matters.
You don’t need to be struggling to want meaningful growth. Perhaps you’re grateful for the life you have and aware that you have more capacity to develop, more responsibility to take, or more to contribute.
This is what I mean by generative change: developing new capacities and ways of showing up. It can be about becoming a more grounded leader, making deliberate choices, and bringing your strengths into service of something meaningful.
You can want to do great things while remaining grounded. We’ll explore what that means in your life and what it asks of you.
I use “change-work” to describe practical, guided work with patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour. Our sessions may combine questions and reflection with experiential exercises, mentoring, and practice. The balance depends on you.
Questions and reflection help clarify what matters, notice assumptions, and explore options. Your insights and judgment are an active part of the work.
I draw on NLP, hypnosis, and HeartMath for guided exercises involving attention, imagination, emotional regulation, and patterns of experience. We discuss the approach and your willingness to participate.
Where useful, I offer observations, perspectives, and practical guidance from over two decades in personal development and change-work. We consider how that guidance fits your circumstances.
We connect the session to situations you actually face. You practise, notice what changes, and use that feedback to guide the next step.
No. I’m not a therapist, and the service I provide is not psychotherapy. My work combines coaching, guided change-work, and mentoring; it does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.
“Change-work” is the term I use to explain my approach, rather than a separate clinical qualification.
The consultation gives us a chance to discuss what you need and the limits of what I offer. Where your needs call for a licensed mental-health or medical professional, I’ll be clear about that. This work is not a substitute for that care.
When your personal and professional circles overlap, choosing someone to talk to can feel especially important. I approach our work with discretion and respect for your privacy.
Before we begin, we’ll discuss confidentiality, its limits, and how your information is handled. You’re welcome to ask questions about privacy during the consultation.
Bring the challenge, the ambition, or the question. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether working together is a good fit.
